Job Description

The Director of Regional Marketing at Consigli Construction will lead strategic marketing and communications efforts to support business development across the Northeast and Caribbean regions. This onsite role in Washington, DC focuses on strengthening regional brand visibility and partnering with regional and market sector leadership to align marketing plans with regional opportunities.

Regional Marketing Strategy

Own the regional and market sector marketing strategy in alignment with overall company brand and business objectives. Partner with regional and corporate leadership to identify market trends, client priorities, and competitive positioning opportunities, translating insights into clear strategic direction.

Strategic Pursuits and Business Development Support

Drive strategic pursuits by collaborating on capture plans, client outreach, and positioning for major projects. Serve as a thought partner to the Regional Directors and the Business Development team to ensure marketing activities support business growth goals. Support the Pursuits Marketing Director as needed with region-specific development of proposals, qualifications packages, interview presentations, and other pursuit materials.

Storytelling, Content, Media, and Awards

Manage regional storytelling through case studies and thought leadership content that highlights people, projects, and community impact. Support media relations and award submissions in partnership with corporate communications. Maintain consistent quality, brand standards, and storytelling across all deliverables, ensuring messaging consistency across internal and external channels.

Events, Sponsorship, and Community Engagement

Oversee regional event participation, sponsorship strategy, and community engagement efforts to strengthen visibility and relationship-building across the region.

Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional marketing team. Foster collaboration among marketing, creative, communications, and business development teams to improve workflow efficiencies and support timely execution.

Budget, Resource, and Workload Management

Manage regional marketing budgets, resources, and workload allocation to meet deadlines and priorities while supporting ongoing regional growth objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10–12+ years of marketing or business development experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry.
  • Proven success leading marketing teams and managing complex pursuits.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Relationship-driven approach with a strong understanding of client needs and regional market dynamics.
  • Ability to translate technical information into compelling messages.
  • Collaborative leadership and mentorship with strong organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented style with a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Strategic ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Location

  • Location: Washington, DC (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 150,000–215,000 per year
