This onsite role in Metairie is ideal for a Digital Marketing Strategist with 4+ years of paid media strategy, execution, and reporting experience; healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, management, and optimization of multiple Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • Perform daily account management of Facebook and paid media accounts
  • Handle moderate to large-scale paid media accounts
  • Generate new Facebook and paid media campaigns
  • Leverage analytics insights to adjust campaigns and provide execution-based recommendations
  • Produce weekly and monthly client reports
  • Analyze reporting to determine campaign effectiveness and inform strategies to meet client goals
  • Assist in developing effective ad copy, content, and guide creative on assets
  • Set client goals in collaboration with the account manager
  • Manage tactical Facebook, social media, and paid media initiatives aligned with long-term client goals
  • Collaborate with teammates to develop ROI-focused recommendations and tactical plans
  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize across multiple paid digital channels and search platforms
  • Develop strategic direction for client initiatives, identifying key insights and recommendations
  • Plan, execute, monitor, manage, and report on client search and display campaigns
  • Prepare and present timely weekly/monthly reporting and ROI/KPI recommendations
  • Continuously test and optimize keywords, bid management, ad copy, and landing pages
  • Communicate campaign developments, timelines, deliverables, and performance with the team
  • Stay current on search engine and PPC industry trends and best practices
  • Manage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush
  • Experience with bid management and reporting tools
  • Ensure the team delivers on assignments and goals
  • Continuously seek ways to improve group efficiency
