Job Description

Remote-based Digital Marketing Manager role in Lenox, MA, overseeing planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of marketing initiatives across Miraval Tucson, Miraval Austin, and Miraval Berkshires, with an annual salary of USD 65,000.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of paid search, paid social, display, video, metasearch, Performance Max, retargeting, and emerging digital campaigns across Miraval America.
  • Coordinate briefs, audiences, offers, tracking requirements, creative assets, landing pages, and launch timelines with agencies, Hyatt partners, and property teams.
  • Ensure campaigns align with Miraval brand standards, offer requirements, property needs, and Hyatt enterprise guidance.
  • Assist in creating, scheduling, publishing, and optimizing organic social media content across Miraval America channels with property Marketing Managers and the Area Director of Brand Marketing, Content & Partnerships.
  • Manage social content calendars to align with campaign launches, seasonal promotions, brand initiatives, and resort priorities.
  • Collaborate with property Marketing Managers and Hyatt digital teams to maintain accurate, conversion-focused website content, landing pages, offer pages, campaign pages, and digital merchandising.
  • Support A/B testing, messaging tests, audience tests, creative tests, and landing page enhancements to improve engagement and direct response.
  • Identify digital friction points, content gaps, tracking issues, and merchandising opportunities that could affect guest conversion.
  • Assist with recurring marketing performance reporting across channels, campaigns, properties, audiences, creative, landing pages, and funnel metrics.
  • Track KPIs including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, availability checks, inquiries, revenue, iROAS, marketing efficiency ratio, and engagement quality.
  • Monitor organic social performance, audience growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness while identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Translate reporting into clear insights, recommended next steps, and business impact summaries for marketing leaders and property teams.
  • Support tagging, UTM governance, tracking validation, dashboard inputs, and attribution improvements with Hyatt and agency resources.
  • Maintain organized records of campaign results, tests, learnings, creative performance, and optimization actions.
  • Partner with the Area Director of Brand Marketing, Content & Partnerships and property Marketing Managers to ensure digital creative, copy, landing experiences, and social content reflect Miraval voice and campaign objectives.
  • Assist in developing and coordinating CRM creative assets, including email campaigns, promotional messaging, and supporting visual content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with property marketing teams to ensure email creative, campaign assets, and messaging are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate digital asset needs with creative, content, brand, agency, and property stakeholders.
  • Support creative requests across digital channels, including social media, CRM, paid media, website updates, and campaign landing pages.
  • Coordinate production timelines with designers, copywriters, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Share performance learnings that inform future content, creative direction, messaging, and audience development.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, and property teams to ensure digital campaigns reflect current business needs and operational details.

Requirements
