Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead Beachside & Company's multi-location digital strategy to generate leads, raise brand awareness, and maximize ROI through paid media, SEO, email, SMS, CRM automation, content, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads across Search, Display, YouTube, Local, and Performance Max
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
  • Monitor performance daily and implement data-driven changes to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Manage advertising budgets across multiple locations and channels
  • Create and optimize retargeting campaigns to boost engagement and conversions
  • Execute A/B tests on ads, landing pages, offers, and creative assets
  • Continuously seek opportunities to lower cost-per-lead and enhance overall marketing effectiveness
  • Track ROAS across all paid channels and optimize accordingly
  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase retention, and drive sales
  • Develop automated email and SMS workflows for lead nurturing, abandoned inquiries, service reminders, promotions, and reactivation
  • Segment customer databases to improve targeting and personalization
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall campaign performance
  • Ensure all customer communications align with brand standards and marketing objectives
  • Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, technical optimization, content enhancement, and backlink strategies
  • Improve organic rankings and drive long-term website traffic growth
  • Build and manage landing pages to support promotions, events, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with website vendors and internal teams to improve user experience and conversions
  • Coordinate website updates and ensure content remains current and optimized
  • Oversee CRM marketing initiatives and automation systems
  • Design automated customer journeys to shorten lead response times and increase sales conversions
  • Track lead sources and marketing attribution
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective follow-up and measurable outcomes
  • Develop customer retention and re-engagement strategies
  • Directly manage the company videographer
  • Develop monthly content calendars to support advertising, social media, promotions, inventory, and events
  • Coordinate video shoots, testimonials, inventory showcases, and event coverage
  • Maintain a consistent stream of high-quality photo and video content across all locations
  • Collaborate with the videographer to produce high-converting content for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators
  • Identify, recruit, negotiate, and coordinate influencer partnerships aligned with goals and demographics
  • Monitor influencer performance and evaluate ROI, engagement, leads, and brand metrics
  • Partner with sales, operations, and stores to identify content opportunities that drive engagement and sales
  • Ensure all content remains on-brand and aligned with marketing initiatives
  • Track and analyze marketing performance using GA4, GA4-compatible tools, GTM, Looker Studio, Meta Business Manager, and others
  • Create dashboards and reports with actionable insights for leadership
  • Monitor KPIs including lead volume, conversion rate, CPL, ROAS, site traffic, and CAC
  • Provide data-driven strategic recommendations and guide marketing investments
  • Present monthly performance updates and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Research, negotiate, and secure local events, sponsorships, trade shows, and community partnerships
  • Coordinate campaigns around dealership events and promotional activities
  • Support local dealership marketing efforts to boost traffic and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with store managers to maximize local marketing opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
  • Recommend innovative strategies that align with company growth objectives
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, lead quality, and overall performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on lead generation
  • Extensive experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Extensive experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing strategy, segmentation, and automation
  • Solid understanding of SMS marketing platforms and customer engagement strategies
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing campaign ROI
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ranking factors
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and marketing reporting tools
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI from marketing campaigns
  • Solid grasp of conversion rate optimization and customer acquisition strategies
  • Experience managing creative projects, content calendars, and marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Pay

USD 65,000 - 75,000 per year

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends for events, promotions, content shoots, and special projects.

Location

West Palm Beach, FL 33401 onsite
