Digital Marketing Coordinator, Accounts
Job Description
Hudson Creative is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Accounts to manage day-to-day client work across smaller accounts and support larger campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of smaller to mid-size clients, maintaining strong communication and satisfaction
- Own client onboarding from kickoff through campaign launch
- Support and lead portions of client meetings, including meeting agendas, reporting insights, and follow-up action plans
- Convert client goals into practical campaign strategy in collaboration with the Performance Team
- Continuously monitor for risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities, presenting solutions as issues arise
- Coordinate timelines across internal teams and external partners to keep delivery on track
- Help drive strategy and execution across paid media, SEO, social, email, and web
- Partner with the Performance Team on success tracking and client reporting for paid advertising, email campaigns, website projects, and SEO performance
- Analyze performance data and turn findings into clear, client-facing recommendations
Requirements
- 1+ year of digital marketing or agency experience (internship experience included)
- Exposure to paid advertising platforms such as Meta and Google
- Familiarity with SEO tools and email marketing platforms
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms and analytics tools including Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Experience working with restaurant, hospitality, lifestyle, or tourism brands

Schedule & Location
- Location: Hybrid in New York, NY (3 days/week onsite in Midtown Manhattan near Grand Central Station)
- Schedule: Full-Time, 9:00am–5:30pm ET
- Start Date: As soon as Possible
- Reports To: Brian Courcelle
Compensation
- $60,000 annual salary
- Performance-based compensation included
