Digital Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
This full-time, onsite role in Montvale, New Jersey centers on planning, executing, and measuring digital marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the Digital Team and clients to drive strategy, execution, and reporting for a range of digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate multi-channel digital campaigns across Google SEM, Google Performance Max, Display/Retargeting, and Meta platforms.
- Coordinate video advertising efforts including launches on YouTube, TikTok, and OTT/CTV formats.
- Increase traffic, conversions, and return on investment through paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and streaming video programs.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to achieve intended outcomes for client campaigns.
- Produce campaign performance reports by consolidating data from multiple sources, performing in-depth analysis, and delivering clear, actionable insights for clients and the agency team.
- Collaborate with agency staff to optimize current efforts and implement new marketing strategies.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of digital campaign launches, working independently and with a team.
- Participate in client meetings to present digital performance metrics and take ownership of results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields.
- 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience is required.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and full lifecycle management of paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and streaming video campaigns.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to execute in accordance with brand and style guidelines.
- Strong communication skills and inventive thinking, combining data-driven insights with intuition.
- At least 1 year of proven social media management and organic growth experience.
