Digital Marketing Assistant

Quality First Home Improvement, Inc. is hiring a full-time, in-office Digital Marketing Assistant in Citrus Heights, CA to support an in-house marketing agency with campaign execution and creative production.

Responsibilities

• Build, place, and structure advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and Display
• Design and produce creative assets for digital and print needs, including social graphics, ads, apparel, and marketing collateral
• Support video initiatives including filming, editing, and creative direction
• Manage and produce company content such as blogs and newsletters, plus traditional print marketing
• Handle social media posting and scheduling across platforms
• Collaborate with the team and assist in guiding a student assistant with day-to-day production

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, and Display advertising, including building, placement, and campaign structure (primary focus)
• BA or AA, or at least 5 years of professional design experience
• Proficiency in the Adobe suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Proficiency in secondary editing tools such as Canva
• Comfort integrating AI tools into creative and marketing workflows
• Familiarity with social media posting and scheduling

Compensation

• $43,000 - $45,000 per year
