Job Description
This on-site Demand Generation Specialist role is based in Danbury, CT.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end demand generation programs, including lead generation, nurture, and lifecycle marketing, to improve lead quality, engagement, and conversions for consumer and business banking products.
- Design and maintain automated workflows, email programs, audience segments, lead scoring models, and customer journeys within marketing automation platforms.
- Partner with business-line stakeholders to elevate lead quality and readiness, optimize marketing qualified lead (MQL) performance, and support new-to-bank acquisition efforts.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion paths to boost lead capture, loan applications, and overall campaign performance.
- Use customer, prospect, and behavioral data to refine audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support SEO, AEO, and digital experience improvements that enhance lead generation outcomes.
- Monitor campaign, lead, and nurture performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Support source tracking, lead attribution, and reporting using marketing automation, website analytics, and business data sources.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure programs are executed, measured, and compliant with governance standards.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or lead generation.
- 2 to 5 years of experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar technologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
