PODS offers a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid work arrangement in Clearwater, FL. The CRM Email Marketing Specialist role focuses on delivering targeted email campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, optimizing automation workflows, and analyzing performance to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to best practices.
- Maintain and optimize SFMC automation workflows, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio, to support recurring and trigger-based campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement campaigns accordingly.
- Protect deliverability by applying CAN-SPAM requirements, managing IP warming, and maintaining sender reputation.
- Perform A/B testing and analyze results to refine messaging, subject lines, and sending strategies.
- Monitor key metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and conversions, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues related to data flows, email rendering, and platform errors.
- Maintain thorough documentation of campaign setups, processes, and system configurations.
- Stay current with SFMC updates, new features, and email marketing trends to enhance platform usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in analytics, marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience, with enterprise-level Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
- Ability to think critically, identify solutions, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Proven ability to organize multiple tasks and information simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team; reliable and dependable.
- Strong initiative, creative thinking, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic.

Management & Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not directly supervise staff or have hiring, termination, or pay decision authority, but will direct technical resources as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for up to 8 hours a day, with keyboard and mouse use.
- Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day; ability to stoop, bend, and lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to hear and verbally communicate using a telephone handset or headset.
Working Conditions
