Conversational Marketing Specialist

This analytical role at Okta focuses on managing and optimizing the website AI assistant to boost engagement and conversions, while producing performance reports and strategic recommendations for the marketing team. Based in Bellevue, WA on a hybrid schedule, the position offers a salary range of USD 108,000 to 148,500 annually and requires 2 to 4 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on analytics or content management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain the website AI assistant to deliver a personalized and effective user experience.
• Establish and manage a content governance framework for the AI assistant to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to shape the AI assistant’s appearance and interactions in line with brand identity.
• Produce and share regular performance reports on conversational marketing efforts for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze key metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
• Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve performance.
• Monitor continuously the performance of the AI assistant and other conversational marketing channels.
• Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize for KPIs such as engagement, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on analytics or content management.
• Proven ability to create and present performance reports to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Direct experience managing and training AI powered chatbots or virtual assistants is a bonus.
• Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques is a bonus.
