Content Marketing Manager
Job Description
Associa is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to own TownSq's brand voice across social and digital channels from an onsite role in Richardson, TX.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine TownSq's voice, tone, and identity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Develop and implement a social media plan to boost reach, engagement, and brand affinity
- Monitor cultural trends, industry topics, and audience insights to keep content fresh and relevant
- Create engaging content across posts, short-form videos, thought leadership, and campaigns that sparks conversation and shareability
- Lead content planning with an editorial calendar aligned to marketing campaigns and business priorities
- Collaborate with design, a copywriter, product marketing, and external resources to deliver engaging assets
- Oversee supporting channels such as blog, email newsletters, ebooks, landing pages, and web content
- Manage publishing workflows, optimize for search visibility, and regularly audit and refresh existing assets
- Maintain consistency in messaging and storytelling across touchpoints
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Product Marketing to align content with growth and retention objectives
- Translate business priorities into content strategies that drive pipeline generation and customer engagement
- Track and analyze content performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions
- Leverage insights to refine the content strategy and improve ROI
- Experiment with new formats, platforms, and approaches to foster innovation
Requirements
- Minimum five years in social media or brand marketing roles
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Creative thinker with a solid grasp of internet culture and trends
- Strong sense of social tone, voice, and brand storytelling
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Team oriented, adaptable, and comfortable adjusting to changing priorities
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and capable of growing in a fast paced marketing environment
