Content Marketing Lead
Job Description
Master Bond Inc. is seeking a Content Marketing Lead to own the strategy, creation, and governance of content across web, email, sponsored media, and video. This hybrid role in Hackensack, NJ, reports to the head of marketing and focuses on showcasing Master Bond’s adhesive chemistry expertise while driving organic growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and prioritize a multi-format content plan for web, white papers, newsletters, and video across our website and third-party channels, guided by search demand, competitive gaps, and business priorities.
- Identify keyword and topic opportunities by analyzing search data, product lines, and buyer intent, then translate them into a concrete production roadmap.
- Measure success by tracking rankings, site traffic, and lead outcomes.
- Write and edit content across formats for an engineering audience, including product pages, technical resources, blog articles, white papers, newsletters, and video scripts.
- Apply on-page SEO best practices, including keyword usage, search intent, headings, metadata, and internal linking.
- Balance SEO requirements with readability, technical accuracy, and brand voice.
- Proofread and fact-check content for grammar, clarity, technical accuracy, and brand consistency before publication.
- Manage multiple content projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technical/Engineering teams to source expertise, close keyword gaps, and improve copy.
- Coordinate with the team on search engine marketing, aligning content and landing pages with paid campaigns.
- Work with external subject-matter experts to develop specialized content such as white papers and technical guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of copywriting, content writing, or editorial experience across formats.
- Demonstrated ability to use search and performance data to prioritize content and defend those choices.
- Working knowledge of SEO and AEO writing and on-page optimization.
- Familiarity with common SEO and AEO analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and comfort using them to identify opportunities and measure results.
- Familiarity with HTML and web content management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year
