The Catering Manager/Marketing Manager role is responsible for building long-term customer relationships and serving as “The Catering Expert” to help ensure customer events run smoothly. Key activities include weekly brand presentations, active engagement during catering events, monthly reporting, and administrative duties that support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly brand presentations designed to build sales
• Engage customers in a genuine way to develop long-term, loyal relationships
• Maintain an active presence at catering events
• Prepare and submit monthly reports accurately and on time
• Complete administrative duties including data entry, emails, and phone calls
• Attend and participate in monthly meetings and conference calls
