Business Development & Marketing Specialist

Based in Peachtree Corners, GA, Property Medics of Georgia seeks a results-driven Business Development and Marketing Specialist to grow its referral network in the water, fire, mold mitigation and restoration space.

Responsibilities

• Strategically identify new account relationships to expand our business footprint.
• Meet with a diverse mix of individuals, companies, and associations to generate referrals and leads for water, fire, mold mitigation, contents cleaning, and pack-out services.
• Consult with prospective and new customers to assess needs and recommend beneficial solutions.
• Maintain a weekly calendar that includes prospecting, networking events, client visits, and new prospect presentation appointments.
• Maintain positive relationships within the existing network.
• Collaborate with the Managing Partner to develop strategies and provide updates.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing within the water, fire, or mold mitigation and restoration industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of water, fire, mold mitigation, contents cleaning, and pack-out business trade required; prior disaster restoration experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently; also a strong team player.
• Excellent customer service skills with high levels of organization and efficiency.
• Professional, personable, charismatic, and energetic demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computer devices and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Existing network in the water/fire/mold restoration industry is a major plus.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds without assistance.
