Job Description

SWAPP LAW PLLC offers an onsite B2B Marketing Manager role in Spokane, WA. The position carries a yearly salary between USD 60,000 and 75,000 and requires at least two years of relevant experience with an Associate’s degree or higher. You will serve as the dedicated bridge between the firm and a network of medical providers, leading marketing initiatives, referral programs, and communications strategies tailored to the Personal Injury practice. This role emphasizes strategic relationship building, cross functional collaboration, and data driven growth.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain trust-based partnerships with medical directors, practice managers, and referring physicians.
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Design and execute customized marketing plans for the firm, using local market data alongside operational and analytic insights to achieve goals.
  • Referral Network Development: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand the provider network and increase referral volume.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Support the rollout of marketing initiatives, including firm community events, and assist with campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Enablement & Resources: Create and distribute high quality marketing assets and training materials to empower providers to promote the firm.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on KPIs such as referral counts, case acquisition costs, and program ROI to refine strategies and meet targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary regional contact for provider marketing needs and coordinate with the corporate office to ensure quarterly and annual goals are met.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in B2B marketing, partnership management, or physician liaison roles; prior experience with a Personal Injury Law Firm is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication abilities with the capacity to influence and make recommendations.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Background: Able to pass a background check, including driving history.
