Job Description

Hybrid role based in Minnesota, supporting the Power Delivery Group in developing proposals, presentations, and other marketing deliverables while advancing the operating group’s marketing and communications efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing internal communications programs, including content creation, event coordination, and engagement initiatives; support strategic business planning, assess impact, and contribute to marketing activities and data presentation.
  • Maintain marketing files and systems such as Salesforce and proposal repositories, and manage related supplies.
  • Support preparation of proposal materials by gathering, verifying, and formatting information (technical scope, project experience, resumes) and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Help produce marketing and communications collateral such as newsletters, event materials, digital and print mailings, presentations, and brochures.
  • Support the assembly, drafting, and editing of collateral supporting sales, business development, and project pursuits, including presentations, brochures, articles, press releases, mailings, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and speaking engagements, including events such as groundbreaking ceremonies, topping out, and ribbon cuttings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a marketing, communications or sales enablement role.
  • Relevant experience or coursework in marketing required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in layout tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or other desktop publishing software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong graphic sensitivity and judgment.
