Job Description
Terminix is seeking an Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead wildlife brand acquisition initiatives from its Memphis, TN campus. This onsite role bridges corporate Rentokil Terminix Marketing with regional teams, guiding agencies and core channels to drive lead generation and lifecycle marketing across local wildlife brands. The position offers a salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing programs and campaigns to grow local wildlife acquisition brands.
- Collaborate with product marketing and field operations to shape brand propositions, promotions, value messages, and related marketing strategies.
- Own website and SEO strategy in partnership with external agencies to improve organic rankings, track performance, and pursue ongoing improvements.
- Manage Google Business Profile and local listings to maximize visibility in local search results.
- Provide regular SEO performance reports and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Plan, create, and manage email campaigns, including list segmentation, personalization, content creation, design, and execution.
- Oversee agency relationships, reviewing proposals, budgets, and invoices to ensure productive collaboration.
- Partner with the Performance Media Manager to co-develop and execute high-impact lead generation strategies across PPC, LSA, and Affiliate networks to meet KPIs and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing Business Partners to execute local brand awareness initiatives, including events and sponsorships.
- Build strong regional/district relationships, acting as a true partner to connect field and corporate toward a single mission.
- Develop marketing materials with the marketing services team, ensuring alignment with established brand standards.
- Coordinate reporting of lead-generation activities and analyze performance, communicating results to sales and field operations teams.
- Share marketing best practices from local wildlife acquisition brands with RNA NA marketing services team.
- Remain flexible to support various roles within a small team, maintaining a partner and customer focus.
- Influence and drive the integration of marketing strategy into operational programs and planning.
- Maintain knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques, with a focus on lead generation.
- Demonstrate strong technical marketing aptitude, including mobile marketing and social media, with solid business acumen.
- Manage multiple projects of varying complexity, meet deadlines, and operate effectively under pressure.
- Show strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain composure and self-confidence in challenging situations.
Requirements
- Experience and/or knowledge of decentralized, route-based service industries is highly desirable, including national and regional marketing experience.
- Strong budget management skills and the ability to drive business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to influence and integrate marketing strategy into operational programs and planning.
- Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques, with emphasis on lead generation.
- Strong technical marketing aptitude including mobile marketing and social media, with solid business acumen.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Composure and self-confidence in difficult situations.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Development or Marketing related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience, including strategy development, campaign management, and performance analysis.
- Working knowledge of marketing channels and platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Strong background in data analysis, visualization, and using analytics to inform decision-making.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
The physical demands reflect the essential functions of this role.
