Apply Now

Job Description

The Field Marketing Specialist position is an onsite, boots-on-the-ground role for a QSR franchisee supporting the Little Rock, Arkansas market. Build a local store marketing system from the ground up as a self-starter, operating with minimal day-to-day supervision, with a structure intended to be reusable for future locations.
Use hands-on restaurant operations knowledge to keep marketing programs practical, including avoiding off-site event commitments that cannot be supported with available power or required food-safety infrastructure.
Develop relationships with small business owners and the local Chamber of Commerce, with an emphasis on active community connection rather than relying primarily on passive initiatives such as school fundraisers.

Contribute to catering sales growth through outreach and relationship-building with local businesses and organizations.
Track marketing program results and provide reporting and recommendations to brand and franchise leadership.
