Field Marketing Specialist
Job Description
The Field Marketing Specialist position is an onsite, boots-on-the-ground role for a QSR franchisee supporting the Little Rock, Arkansas market. Reporting and coordination support brand and franchise leadership while driving local marketing programs that increase guest traffic, community engagement, and sales growth, including catering outreach.

Compensation
- USD 40,000 - 50,000 per year
- Compensation structure provides that most total earnings come from commission on catering sales performance
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary local marketing representative for all locations within the Little Rock market.
- Build a local store marketing system from the ground up as a self-starter, operating with minimal day-to-day supervision, with a structure intended to be reusable for future locations.
- Use hands-on restaurant operations knowledge to keep marketing programs practical, including avoiding off-site event commitments that cannot be supported with available power or required food-safety infrastructure.
- Develop relationships with small business owners and the local Chamber of Commerce, with an emphasis on active community connection rather than relying primarily on passive initiatives such as school fundraisers.
- Travel occasionally to other markets (for example, Texas) to observe new restaurant openings and complete training.
- Contribute to catering sales growth through outreach and relationship-building with local businesses and organizations.
- Track marketing program results and provide reporting and recommendations to brand and franchise leadership.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Prior restaurant operating experience is strongly preferred; candidates from a pure outside sales background (for example, pharmaceutical or radio sales) are not a fit for this role.
- Must be a self-starter able to build marketing systems and manage local store marketing with minimal supervision.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, including the ability to connect with small business owners and community organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce.
- Working knowledge of the Little Rock, Arkansas market and business landscape is preferred.
- Comfortable with a structured, primarily local field schedule.
- Ability to travel occasionally to other markets for new restaurant openings and training.
Experience
- Restaurant management: 1 year (Preferred)
