Sr. Marketing Specialist, AI Content Strategy
Job Description
The Sr. Marketing Specialist, AI Content Strategy develops and executes a continuous, search-led content program to increase brand visibility and influence across traditional search and emerging AI driven platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a search-led content program aligned to business priorities, customer needs, and high‑intent queries
- Identify key customer questions, use cases, and problem statements to guide content development
- Produce and optimize content for AI driven search ecosystems, including featured snippets, AI generated summaries, and conversational interfaces
- Collaborate with the SEO and Web teams to maximize technical SEO, content structure, and discoverability
- Partner with Brand and Demand teams to align content with campaigns, product positioning, and business objectives
- Develop and scale content hubs and topic clusters to establish authority in priority domains
- Translate complex product and engineering concepts into clear, customer‑focused messaging
- Use performance data to continuously test, learn, and improve content effectiveness
- Ensure content can be repurposed across channels such as web, email, eCommerce, and sales enablement
- Act as the AI champion within Demand Generation, driving innovative approaches to improve content development efficiency, scalability, and quality
- Keep abreast of evolving trends in AI search, content strategy, and digital customer behavior
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO, digital marketing, or related field
- 1+ years of experience developing content for technical or industrial products
- 1+ years of experience in SEO fundamentals and content optimization
- 1+ years of experience in AI‑driven search platforms and evolving search behavior
- 1+ years of experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- 1+ years of experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams
