Job Description
Amazon.com LLC is seeking a Senior Talent Marketing Manager to define and drive the talent marketing strategy for a portfolio of Talent Acquisition priorities across the Americas. Based onsite in Seattle, you will partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders within the Attraction, Influence, and Marketing (AIM) organization to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, measure impact, and deliver scalable marketing solutions that advance Amazon’s hiring objectives. The position carries a salary range of USD 118,200 to 160,000 per year.

- Serve as a senior marketing thought partner for TA and business leaders, guiding resource prioritization and identifying where marketing yields the greatest business impact
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery through partnerships with internal teams — Talent Engagement, Employer Brand, Creative Services, Journey Orchestration, and Paid Marketing Services — setting direction, ensuring quality, and driving performance
- Navigate ambiguity by synthesizing incomplete information, asking the right questions, and making strategic decisions when the path forward isn’t clear
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance at a strategic level; identify patterns, extract insights, and translate findings into actionable improvements
- Build scalable, repeatable marketing solutions — templates, frameworks, and processes — that can be adopted across the team or organization
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple seniority levels, communicating strategy, trade-offs, and results with clarity
- Own a regular cadence of reporting on the performance of your owned space during weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Mentor junior team members, contribute to team capability and culture, and participate in the team’s hiring process
Requirements
- Marketing with business acumen — connecting marketing decisions to business goals and communicating in terms of hiring impact
- Executive stakeholder management — influencing and aligning complex stakeholder landscapes at senior levels (Directors, VPs)
- Program management — leading multiple complex, cross-functional programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinking in ambiguity — defining the problem, shaping the approach, and delivering results with incomplete information
- Integrated marketing strategy leadership — proven track record developing and leading end-to-end marketing strategies
- Data-driven decision making — strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting complex metrics to optimize performance
- Foundational channel knowledge — working understanding of organic and paid social, content marketing, and digital platforms with ability to develop strategy across channels
- 7+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and leadership
