Job Description

Terminix is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for Marketing to turn performance data into actionable insights that drive marketing qualified leads and ROI. The role centers on analytics, dashboard creation, and storytelling to inform cross-functional teams, with a Memphis, TN base and remote work options.

Compensation

Salary: USD 94,100 - 122,300 per year

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in driving MQLs
  • Support development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Support A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and website performance
  • Develop Learning plans that allow for systemic improvement in website performance
  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics and provide real-time insights to stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive reports on marketing performance and ROI
  • Ability to tell a story through the analysis of data
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align on data requirements and insights
  • Partner with technology and product teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Conduct weekly/monthly meetings focused on reviewing weekly/monthly performance of marketing campaigns
  • Actual vs Projected Sessions
  • Actual vs Projected Conversion rates
  • Explanation of variance in performance due to marketing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of analytics experience
  • 2+ years of digital analytics
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email)
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
