Job Description

Located onsite in Atlanta, The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to bolster Brand Enterprise efforts with a research-driven strategy and omni-channel activations designed to drive results and revenue. This role partners with audience strategy leaders to plan, implement, and optimize marketing programs that attract customers, elevate brand presence, and support enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing optimization and tracking (10%) - Oversee non-analytics business needs such as marketing budget reconciliation, MARCOM, and related team processes that add business value. Serve as a critical conduit to support teams and a voice to optimize enterprise marketing efforts for internal partners and external customers.
  • Planning, implementation and execution (60%) - Assist in planning, rollout, and execution of marketing strategies and activities in collaboration with audience strategy leaders, including brand awareness campaigns, events, and partner programs to drive traffic and sales. Support cross-functional project teams to deliver high-value initiatives.
  • Research and tools (30%) - Investigate and build tools that translate insights and analytics into actionable results; oversee the delivery of marketing reporting from the analytics team and craft communications that demonstrate campaign progress and effectiveness. Ensure ongoing communication that educates business owners on key insights, factbooks, and enterprise performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience planning and executing marketing strategy using data-driven decision making
  • Analytical expertise with creating custom reporting tools and processes
  • Self-directed, detail oriented and highly organized to manage information from multiple stakeholders
  • Experience tracking and managing marketing budgets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Prior marketing or agency account management experience
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Ability to manage large, detailed projects to tight timelines and perform under pressure

Minimum Education

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent in a field related to the job.
