Job Description

Copart is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist in Brand Marketing for an onsite role in Dallas, TX. You will lead strategy, content development, and real-time social channel execution across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, guided by data-driven performance insights and cross-functional collaboration with creative, marketing, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

  • Turn marketing goals into channel-specific plans across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond
  • Own and manage the content calendar with a forward-looking lens to stay ahead
  • Lead an always-on social presence, including real-time and reactive content
  • Understand audience characteristics by social platform
  • Continuously optimize content for engagement, reach, and platform best practices
  • Ensure consistency between social and other email, web, and broader digital marketing efforts
  • Pull data from Sprout, Hootsuite or similar tools and manipulate data in Excel or advanced readouts for regular reporting
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to shape requests and uncover broader campaign performance insights
  • Maintain a fast-moving, always-on content engine that shows up in real time
  • Partner with the internal creative team to develop campaigns, series, and social-first ideas with strong hooks and storytelling
  • Deliver fresh, entertaining, useful, and conversion-driven content that goes beyond standard approaches
  • Act quickly on trends, platform changes, and cultural moments to keep the brand ahead
  • Foster community connections by engaging in DMs and comments with an authentic brand voice

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing, with hands-on execution and campaign delivery
  • Familiarity with Sprout or Hootsuite or similar content management platforms
  • Proven experience managing organic or paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content development, and performance optimization
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and external partners
  • Post-production skills including Capcut, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
