Senior Growth Marketing Specialist - Customer Acquisition
Job Description
Senior Growth Marketing Specialist focused on B2C e-commerce customer acquisition through non-traditional channels to scale new customers and optimize ROI. Remote role, but candidates must reside in Florida.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, onboarding, and community management for fast-moving discount networks (Slickdeals, Groupon, and similar platforms) to attract price-conscious, high-intent buyers.
- Build and manage lifestyle affiliates (golf, whiskey, men’s lifestyle) and optimize referral programs to create ongoing customer acquisition loops.
- Source, negotiate, and secure media placements, host-read ads, and integrations across targeted YouTube channels, podcasts, and niche newsletters.
- Treat sponsorships as performance media by tracking CPMs, CAC, and LTV per partner channel to continuously improve ROI.
- Establish an authentic brand presence in Reddit, Quora, and niche lifestyle forums, driving traffic through value-first discussions.
- Execute outreach to secure high-authority backlinks from lifestyle publications, blogs, and review sites to sustain SEO momentum.
- Plan and execute on-site activity at major industry shows, cigar events, and lifestyle festivals to drive sales, email capture, and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Direct track record in B2C e-commerce growth using non-paid, affiliate, or alternative channels.
- Deep familiarity with the posting cultures, guidelines, and moderation rules of Slickdeals, Reddit, and Quora.
- Expert understanding of attribution, UTM tracking, GA4, affiliate platforms, and channel ROI calculation.
- Strong negotiation and business development skills to secure creator sponsorships and B2B partnerships.
- Ability to authentically speak the language of cigar culture, whiskey pairings, and golf/luxury lifestyle audiences.
- Proficiency with workflow tools such as Asana, Workfront, and Basecamp.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a focus in marketing, business development, or communications.
- Minimum of 5 years of growth marketing and e-commerce acquisition experience.
- Experience in restricted e-commerce verticals (cigars/tobacco, CBD, alcohol, supplements) is a plus.
- Proven experience executing digital sponsorships, affiliate networks, and referral programs.
- Web analytics expertise and a proven ability to prove ROI with tracking metrics.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and negotiation skills to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management capabilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and a passion for marketing and customer acquisition.
- Ability to operate under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Location
- Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 per year
