Drive CASEEM Inc.’s recruitment pipeline by leading organic and paid social campaigns for staffing clients in the El Paso / border market.

Own content planning and execution across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, including calendar management, posting, engagement, and brand voice
Plan and run paid and organic recruitment campaigns aimed at increasing qualified applications and improving cost per applicant
Create high-converting ads, creatives, short-form video, and landing-page copy to convert job seekers into applicants
Measure and report performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, applications, and cost per lead
Provide weekly insights with clear next actions based on results
Collaborate with recruiters to turn open roles into compelling posts and social content
Maintain a bilingual (English/Spanish) content strategy tailored to the local El Paso market
Monitor platform trends and changes; propose tests to improve outcomes
Support employer-branding efforts, including employee stories, client spotlights, and career events

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager ( Google Ads is a plus )
Strong writing and creative capabilities in English; Spanish preferred (bilingual is a strong plus)
Proven track record improving engagement and driving measurable leads/applications
Comfort using Canva (or similar), creating short-form video, and using basic analytics
Organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Interest in staffing or recruitment marketing is a plus
