Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Build referral relationships and support prospective residents to help grow census and improve the quality mix at Carnegie Village Senior Living Community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen referral source relationships in settings such as hospitals, clinics, and senior-service related organizations within the community
• Contribute to increasing census and improving quality mix by developing the market
• Partner with acute care and other referral sources to support resident acquisition
• Provide prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance

Requirements

• Fire and passion for working with seniors
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or a related business field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting (required)
• Strong knowledge and experience across sales and marketing, including:
  • partner relations
  • move-in paperwork
  • advertising
  • media
  • social media
  • event planning
• Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting
• Ability to demonstrate self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed
• Team player mindset with ability to build working relationships internally and externally
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
