Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and support sales transactions for appliances, mattresses, and furniture
• Follow up with leads using phone calls and email
• Manage social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Improve online visibility using SEO techniques
• Use Google Ads to attract new leads
• Answer customer questions about financing options
• Greet customers and check voicemails
• Maintain records of sales and marketing activities
• Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing store traffic

Requirements

• Experience with social media advertising, SEO, and Google Ads
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
• Ability to generate leads and follow up effectively
