Job Description

TargetPath, LLC is seeking a Retail Marketing Specialist to support client brands with demand generation, sell-through, and channel initiatives from Wilsonville, OR (onsite).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain selling tools
  • Audit product marketing sheets for accuracy
  • Communicate launches effectively across channels
  • Support the execution of detailed merchandising plans with partners to maximize brand exposure
  • Assist in developing in store point-of-purchase displays
  • Aid in sourcing POP materials, including suppliers, end products, and scheduling
  • Create campaigns for reseller partners with clear, measurable calls to action
  • Create and manage marketing materials and assets
  • Provide sales resources such as custom presentations, collateral, launches, and product assets
  • Prepare materials used for retail store displays
  • Distribute and communicate materials to channel partners
  • Develop internal trackers for channel activities by channel or partner
  • Maintain partner and brand collateral for internal teams and channel partners
  • Manage SWAG orders within creative briefs and budget parameters
  • Provide pre-event support for shows and events, including event orders, literature, SWAG, partner seeding kits, and logistics
  • Support online marketing projects, including email campaigns, product launches, keyword-based search advertising, and partner social media efforts
  • Build asset toolkits for partners to use on their own web pages
  • Oversee sheet management for partner item setup
  • Assist in product listing optimization of partner detail pages
  • Provide social strategy recommendations for client brands
  • Develop social calendars aligned with events and launches to drive engagement
  • Create social posts and manage responses

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Marketing Specialist role or five+ years in a Coordinator role, with experience in channel/retail, brand, or MarCom; preferably with a lifestyle or CE brand
  • High-energy, eager to learn and take on new tasks
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with external parties (vendors, resellers, end users) to manage and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent written communications skills from drafting to editing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) on Windows
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other advertising platforms is highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Final Cut is highly desirable
  • Digital experience a plus, including social media, email, and marketing automation
  • Retail or Sales Floor experience in CE, Fashion, or Consumer Goods is a plus
