Retail and Events Marketing Representative

Marketing Representative position in Traverse City, MI onsite for All Weather Seal of West Michigan, focused on engaging homeowners at retail showrooms and local events to generate leads and schedule in-home consultations.

Responsibilities

• Initiate energetic conversations with retail foot traffic to capture attention and spark interest.
• Use a structured script to discuss homeowner needs and pain points around windows, roofing, or bath solutions.
• Communicate limited-time promotions and giveaways to create urgency and highlight the value of home improvements.
• Explain product benefits, establish brand credibility, and reference the 15K giveaway to foster trust.
• Qualify leads and schedule in-home consultations by gathering accurate details and securing commitments.
• Meet daily and weekly appointment targets that translate into in-home product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Set up and dismantle marketing booths at retail locations, home shows, and events while upholding branding standards.
• Maintain a clean, inviting booth space that reflects the All Weather Seal of West Michigan brand.
• Collaborate with store staff and event organizers to ensure smooth partnerships and retail compliance.
