ReBath Mobile Showroom Event Marketing Representative

Bathworks Inc is seeking a Mobile Showroom Event Marketing Representative for Re-Bath Michigan in Troy, MI. In this onsite role, you will represent the Re-Bath brand in high-traffic settings and help convert customer conversations into qualified leads and scheduled in-home remodeling consultations.

What you’ll do

• Represent the Re-Bath brand professionally at retail locations, trade shows, home improvement expos, and community events.
• Engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations and outreach.
• Build customer relationships, identify remodeling opportunities, and connect homeowners with the right next step.
• Educate customers on Re-Bath products and services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home bathroom remodeling consultations.
• Follow company sales scripts and established lead-generation processes.
• Enter lead details accurately into CRM systems.
• Track activity and progress using performance metrics (KPIs).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
• Work to meet or exceed goals for customer engagement, qualified leads, and appointments.

What you bring

• Preferred experience in lead generation, appointment setting, event marketing, canvassing, retail sales, direct sales, customer acquisition, or field marketing.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
• Comfort approaching new people and initiating conversations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented work style.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Comfort using tablets, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and special events.
• Home Depot, Lowe’s, home improvement, retail marketing, or promotional marketing experience is a plus.
