The Sam Bernstein Law Firm is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to build and optimize paid digital campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness. If you enjoy using data to improve cost efficiency and conversions, this is a hands-on position with clear expectations and real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Build and launch paid ad campaigns across selected platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok, and potentially other digital outlets.
- Manage daily and monthly budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing to maximize leads while staying cost-efficient and meeting conversion goals.
- Set up and refine targeting options across platforms, including location, demographics, interests, and behavior-based targeting.
- Run A/B and multivariate experiments to test creative formats, placements, and messaging, then optimize based on results.
- Track and analyze performance using in-platform analytics, CRM data, and other business intelligence sources to evaluate lead quality, conversion rates, cost efficiency, and ROI.
- Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations tied to lead generation and brand awareness goals.
- Ensure campaigns follow platform rules, industry regulations, and brand standards.
- Step in to support marketing operations when needed, improving processes and assisting with marketing objectives beyond paid media management.
What You’ll Need
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, lead generation, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and paid social platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or similar channels.
- Understanding of performance metrics such as conversion rates, lead generation, CPA, ROAS, and other key campaign KPIs.
- Experience using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, or similar tools to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions and recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms, technologies, and areas of digital marketing.
- Comfort working collaboratively in an environment where priorities may evolve.
- Professional services, legal, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience, certifications, and demonstrated skills will also be considered.
- Experience in an in-house marketing team is strongly preferred, including comfort thinking beyond campaign metrics to understand broader business objectives and lead quality.
