Job Description
Based onsite in Warwick, RI, the Neighborhood Marketing role centers on walking neighborhoods, initiating conversations with homeowners, and scheduling same-week inspections.
Compensation: USD 34,000 - USD 87,000 annually, with base pay plus uncapped commission and paid training.
Responsibilities
- Tour designated neighborhoods to present the inspection program to homeowners
- Use conversational skills to build trust quickly and secure buy-in
- Educate homeowners about storm damage, maintenance needs, and the advantages of inspections
- Arrange inspection appointments for the same week
- Record results and activity in the CRM
- Aim for personal and team performance targets
Requirements
- Experience as restaurant servers or bartenders
- Retail associates skilled at engaging customers
- Hospitality professionals who remain composed and personable
- Athletes or former team sport players
- Military veterans with discipline, grit, and leadership experience
- Anyone comfortable talking to strangers and guiding conversations toward a positive outcome

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
