Job Description

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Multimedia Marketing Specialist to manage social media, produce video and multimedia content, support campaigns, and coordinate events, with occasional travel and remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Centurion Health's social media program, monitoring metrics to boost brand visibility, audience engagement, and market positioning.
  • Create short and long form video assets for the website, social channels, and digital campaigns.
  • Plan and manage conference registrations, attendee logistics, and event materials for industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Partner with the marketing team to establish and monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets for campaigns.
  • Support the creation and deployment of print and digital campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and organizational goals.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the marketing department, including basic bookkeeping and coordination tasks.
  • Occasional travel to conferences and events to represent the company and engage with current and prospective clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily marketing and communications support.
  • Primarily remote with periodic on-site work in Sterling, VA.
  • Travel to correctional facilities as needed to interview staff and gather content for videos and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • At least two years of marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in audio/visual production.
  • Strong skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Solid technical knowledge of digital marketing, website content, and content development/management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and audiovisual communication skills.
  • Experience developing and expediting marketing collateral.
