Job Description
Arden Courts, located onsite in Palos Heights, IL, is seeking a Memory Care Advisor (Sales/Marketing). This role is responsible for increasing community occupancy by executing a strategic sales and marketing plan and actively developing referral sources. The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 85,000 per year, plus a bonus program tied to key performance indicators and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy by executing a strategic sales and marketing plan and applying effective sales techniques

Requirements
