Job Description
Marketing specialist to support AWS's in-house global paid search program, collaborating with a team of search experts to drive acquisition, adoption, and lead generation while delivering unique customer experiences through search.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns through precise execution and ongoing account upkeep.
- Maintain strong account health and executional excellence by preserving current processes and identifying opportunities to implement new ones.
- Collaborate with a group of search professionals to boost acquisition, adoption, and lead generation while delivering distinctive customer experiences via search.
- Contribute to campaign level testing strategies for ad copy and landing pages to enhance the customer journey.
- Dive into data to surface actionable insights, answer business questions, and inform optimization decisions.
- Evaluate campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and share data-driven recommendations with stakeholders.
- Challenge existing approaches to elevate the customer experience.
- Uphold the highest standards and prioritize sustainable, long-term outcomes over short-term gains.
- Maintain a critical mindset, question assumptions, and pursue ongoing improvements in campaigns and customer experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
- Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, including macros, charts, and pivot tables.

Salary
Compensation: USD 80,200 - 113,700 per year
