Job Description

The Marketing Specialist role in Miamisburg, OH onsite focuses on planning and executing integrated campaigns to generate leads, strengthen brand awareness, and showcase Think Patented’s capabilities, spanning key channels end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels to drive qualified leads.
  • Create and publish content across primary channels including print, website, email, social media, and sales enablement materials.
  • Develop and maintain campaign assets such as landing pages, email programs, case studies, one-pagers, and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to support pipeline growth through campaigns, outreach sequences, and event support.
  • Oversee marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure organized work and on-schedule execution.
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools (GA4/HubSpot or similar), build simple dashboards, and recommend optimizations.
  • Support brand consistency across messaging, visuals, and voice on all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with internal production and creative teams and with external vendors as needed.
  • Assist with events and community/industry involvement, including trade shows and customer events to enhance visibility.
  • Ensure marketing practices align with Think Patented’s standards and applicable certifications when relevant (for example HIPAA-safe handling).

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing services, agency environments, or related fields.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timely delivery.
  • Familiarity with common marketing tools such as HubSpot, content management systems, and Adobe software (a plus).
  • Basic design sensibility and experience collaborating with creative and production teams to produce assets.
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline impact.
  • Bonus: experience with print, marketing automation services, or direct mail.
