Responsibilities
- Assist the execution of retailer specific digital marketing campaigns, including retail media, paid search, reporting, and optimization
- Maintain digital shelf accuracy and content across retailer websites
- Keep product content current in Syndigo, 1WorldSync, Salsify, and related platforms
- Ensure descriptions, images, and attribute data stay up to date on retailer sites
- Develop and implement a monthly social media calendar for Instagram and Facebook
- Produce content for the monthly consumer newsletter
- Support brand partnerships and collaboration efforts
- Coordinate trade show logistics, including timelines, registrations, and forms
- Oversee marketing materials and booth assets for events
- Assist in creating brochures and trade show collateral
- Organize and maintain digital marketing assets and folders in SharePoint
- Ensure files, renders, and final assets are stored and accessible
- Coordinate packaging design and graphics reviews with cross-functional teams
- Track feedback, approvals, and version updates
- Support the Marketing Manager on new product launches, including innovation planning and timelines, front-end consumer insights and research support, and new item performance tracking
- Support Sales team requests in partnership with the Marketing Manager
- Assist with sell-in materials, product information, and retailer-specific marketing needs
- Manage day-to-day communication with website developers on product assortment updates
- Support website updates and future site enhancements or redesign initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of CPG marketing experience
- Hands-on experience managing retailer digital marketing campaigns (retail media platforms, paid search, performance reporting)
- E-commerce and digital shelf management experience (Syndigo, 1WorldSync, Salsify, or similar)
- Basic Photoshop and digital design capabilities (asset resizing, simple edits)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and deadlines
