Job Description

Supports development and execution of service market development campaigns to initiate and build relationships with target US accounts, partnering with marketing managers, business development leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Campaign Manager to design, coordinate, and deploy multi-channel campaigns tied to events, trade shows, in-person programs, product launches, and thought leadership publications.
  • Oversee campaign tactics from concept to completion, ensuring all assets are created, reviewed, and launched on time and within budget.
  • Plan pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing activities, including invitation emails, digital programs, sales outreach, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist with on-site event execution as needed, handling logistics, booth support, meeting tracking, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Maintain ownership of timelines, task tracking, and execution plans for multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (campaign, product marketing, sales, digital) and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of campaign components.
  • Manage administrative aspects of campaigns, including vendor onboarding, contracts, finance coordination, and production logistics.
  • Provide proactive updates to sales teams to ensure awareness of campaigns, events, and available follow-up tools.
  • Collaborate closely with campaign managers, field marketing, and product marketing to align campaign objectives with business priorities.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact across stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability throughout campaign execution.
  • Track campaign performance, event meetings, and follow-up activities to support reporting and ROI analysis.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, lists, and trackers, ensuring data cleanliness and compliance with privacy requirements.
  • Apply a detail-oriented mindset to every aspect of execution, from audience segmentation to final deliverables.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or campaign execution, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or executing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; copywriting experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
