Job Description

Mint CRM is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to manage daily digital marketing, social content, CRM activity, and reputation management onsite in Webster, TX, with a yearly compensation of USD 46,000.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and publish a daily social media update across the company’s channels.
  • Produce a daily website update or blog post to share news and insights.
  • Share a daily clinical vignette highlighting procedures, patient education, or outcomes.
  • Monitor social media messages and inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Track patient testimonials, online reviews, and ongoing reputation management efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Mint Group to plan and execute campaigns and content.
  • Ensure branding remains consistent across all marketing platforms.
  • Check and update the CRM system at least four times per day.
  • Monitor marketing leads and patient inquiries and route as needed.
  • Maintain accurate marketing spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Organize Canva assets and templates for easy access and reuse.
  • Inventory printed marketing materials and reorder supplies when necessary.
  • From Monday to Wednesday, visit six local businesses daily to promote the practice and build referrals.
  • On Thursdays and Fridays, visit five physician offices daily to strengthen referral partnerships and distribute marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or marketing for medical practices is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and an outgoing, engaging demeanor.
  • Willingness to visit local businesses and physician offices for outreach.
  • Proficiency with Canva or an equivalent graphic design tool.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with major social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outreach.
