Marketing Sales Representative

American Marketing & Publishing, L.L.C is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Digital Marketing Sales Representative to work directly with local business owners in Elgin, IL (onsite). This role focuses on introducing marketing solutions, presenting advertising programs, and building relationships in a fast-paced sales environment. First-year on-target earnings are $60,000 to $70,000, supported by paid training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit small business owners in person and introduce marketing solutions designed to increase customer growth.
• Present and sell the company’s advertising programs.
• Participate in hands-on training led by supportive teammates and managers.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships while recognizing wins on the sales floor.
