Marketing & Sales Associate

Sarah Skofield StateFarm Insurance is hiring a Marketing & Sales Associate for a full-time, in-person role in Gallatin County, MT, based in Livingston (59047). This position is designed for someone who can connect with warm leads, learn the sales process, and move prospects toward the right insurance coverage, with training provided and no prior insurance experience required.

The work blends marketing follow-up with consultative sales, including presenting quotes, explaining policies, and closing deals once properly licensed. The compensation package includes a base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses, with total first-year earnings potential ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 depending on individual performance.
