Marketing & Sales Associate

MN Farmers District is hiring a Marketing & Sales Associate for a full-time, in-person role in Saint Paul, MN (onsite) with a strong focus on insurance sales. The opportunity includes $50,000–$100,000 first-year earning potential, plus licensing support, warm leads, and hands-on training to help you build confidence and performance from the start.

This position is designed for candidates who want to work with people, explain coverage options clearly, and move leads through the quote and close process once licensed. You will connect with prospects who are already interested, present quotes, and support customers with dependable service while working toward individual and team goals.

Responsibilities

• Connect with warm leads who are interested in insurance coverage
• Assist individuals and families in understanding their insurance options
• Present quotes, explain coverage details, and close sales once licensed
• Build long-term relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
• Follow up with prospective customers and manage your sales pipeline
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

Requirements

• No insurance license or previous insurance experience required
• Outgoing, confident, and motivated approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and obtain an insurance license
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
