Responsibilities

• Support marketing strategies defined by Executive Leadership
• Maintain an up-to-date database of existing and potential clients
• Schedule and participate in luncheons, dinners, and other events to network with the physician community as the radiology office representative
• Manage call lists and grow the client base through scheduled appointments and proactive outreach
• Provide support and education to doctor office staff
• Visit physicians' offices to explain the practice offerings
• Troubleshoot issues between practices related to scheduling and report turnaround
• Maintain and develop relationships between practice managers and physicians
• Maintain professional relationships with physicians
• Secure referrals
• Bilingual required
• Develop and implement radiology marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis
• Create content for social platforms, blog articles, and website updates
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
