The Patina Group at Delaware North is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to join our Buffalo headquarters. In this role, you will support marketing initiatives across our boutique restaurant brands and help ensure revenue-generating guest experiences.
What you will do
- Build, monitor, and optimize marketing project timelines in Asana, defining ownership, dependencies, and cross-team communications for ongoing campaigns and initiatives
- Contribute to the development and tactical rollout of national marketing programs and local restaurant promotions, while aligning with the creative vision
- Act as the central liaison between internal marketing teams and external public relations agencies to project-manage strategies from concept through completion
- Track ticket sales, revenue metrics, and key performance indicators to confirm alignment with goals and financial targets
- Develop and execute essential project collateral, including planning documents, campaign recaps, and promotional one-sheets
- Work closely with operations leadership and regional field marketing teams to arrange media visits, chef-led events, and interactive experiences that raise public awareness
- Translate timelines and marketing executions into measurable financial results by monitoring performance metrics that drive restaurant sales
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; MBA is preferred but not required
- At least 3 years of progressive marketing experience in an advertising agency, restaurant group, or hospitality business, with proven project management in hospitality
- Strong experience using Asana or similar enterprise PM tools to manage complex cross-functional projects, build templates, and track deliverables
- Solid foundation in creative review processes, copywriting, social media landscapes, and digital media platforms
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with a clear link between marketing activities and financial performance
- Willingness to travel as needed to support regional growth, openings, and localized marketing initiatives
