Job Description
Schneider Electric seeks a Marketing Program Manager for the Buildings Channel. This onsite role in Boston, MA leads multi-channel growth campaigns to accelerate demand, partner engagement, and business growth across EcoXperts, Wholesale Distributors, Mechanical Engineers, and other channel partners. The position offers a high-impact remit, cross-functional collaboration, and a salary range of USD 101,600 to 152,400 per year.

Responsibilities
- Spearhead integrated growth marketing campaigns to boost partner engagement, demand, and revenue across the Buildings Channel.
- Design targeted programs to recruit, enable, engage, and grow EcoXperts, Wholesale Distributors, Mechanical Engineers, and other partners.
- Craft campaigns aligned to strategic growth initiatives, new offerings, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution, including audience segmentation, messaging, channel activation, budget management, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Drive program execution with cross-functional coordination across marketing, agencies, digital teams, line of business, and commercial stakeholders.
- Evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as partner engagement, pipeline influence, lead generation, ROI, and adoption.
- Analyze results and partner insights to improve future programs.
- Collaborate with Buildings Sales, Channel leaders, Strategic Marketing, Product Management, and Business Development to ensure investments align with commercial priorities.
- Create sales enablement assets and marketing materials to boost effectiveness across the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management.
- Background marketing through indirect channels, partner ecosystems, or distribution networks.
- Experience in building automation, commercial buildings, HVAC, energy management, electrical distribution, industrial technology, or software.
- Track record partnering with Commercial and Channel organizations to drive growth.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, plus experience managing agencies and external marketing partners.
- Proficient in using AI-powered marketing tools and automation to enhance personalization, content creation, targeting, and performance optimization.
