Marketing Manager (Contract-to-Hire, Part-Time to Start)

On Egin Culinary 360 Inc, the company behind Dry Ager USA, offers a remote, contract-to-hire Marketing Manager role with a part-time start and a clear path for growth across the brand portfolio. You will lead the U.S. marketing strategy for assigned brands, working closely with European brand owners and the Principal to unlock new opportunities. This position provides a flexible schedule and remote eligibility, with compensation at USD 35.00 - 45.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steer the U.S. marketing plan for assigned brand(s), collaborating with European brand owners and the Principal.
• Lead and brief external marketing agencies across paid advertising, creative and design, video production, and PR to align with the strategy.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison to the brand's internal marketing department.
• Design marketing assets personally, including product sheets, sales collateral, presentations, and digital ads.
• Source and coordinate content from a network of chefs, food artisans, and content creators.
• Write and supervise copy for email, social media, and website content.
• Monitor campaign performance and agency results, delivering regular reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong design skills with a portfolio, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or a similar toolset.
• Native or fully fluent English.
• Ability to work core U.S. business hours from any location.
• Project management experience; familiarity with Asana is preferred.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Comfort using AI tools for productivity; the team uses Claude Cowork.
