Job Description

Join a franchise organization with nearly 40 years of experience, supporting local marketing execution across a global network of 1800+ locations in 60 countries. In this onsite role in West Palm Beach, you’ll act as a practical execution lead for franchisee marketing support and performance marketing, helping connect strategy, tools, vendors, training, and results to improve local business outcomes.

What you’ll do

As the Signarama Marketing Manager, you’ll translate brand and network-level direction into prioritized local action plans. You will serve as a primary marketing resource for franchisees, answering questions, running consultations, and turning strategy into repeatable execution that drives measurable follow-through.

  • Respond to franchisee needs through consultations and ongoing support, aligning brand and network strategy to local priorities.
  • Run local and national marketing performance audits across paid search, websites, local SEO and answer engine optimization, social media, online reputation, listings, lead capture, CRM workflows, and related channels.
  • Review performance data, campaign signals, budgets, conversion tracking, attribution, lead quality, local conditions, and franchisee goals before recommending next steps or escalation.
  • Spot underperforming locations, campaigns, platforms, or processes, validate data, document findings, and coordinate clear next steps with franchisees, internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
  • Deliver marketing training through webinars, workshops, owner meetings, and one-on-one coaching focused on execution and measurable results.
  • Coordinate with agency and platform partners on scope, implementation, training, marketing performance, issue resolution, deliverables, product feedback, and accountability.
  • Manage marketing readiness for new-store launches, including launch pipeline support, platform setup, content, training, early campaign review, and transition from opening activity to sustained local routines.
  • Improve local website content, imagery, service pages, search visibility, conversion paths, and brand consistency while supporting appropriate localization.
  • Create scalable solutions for recurring pain points, including templates, dashboards, intake paths, automations, training resources, and source-of-truth practices.
  • Maintain clear ownership, due dates, and follow-up after consultations, meetings, tickets, performance reviews, and vendor discussions.
  • Manage engagement of marketing tools, platforms, and resources with training and onboarding for both internal teams and the franchise network.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, analytics, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
  • 5+ years supporting multi-location, agency, or field marketing environments is preferred (franchise experience is a plus).
  • Strong experience in performance marketing, digital marketing analysis, training, vendor coordination, and consultation with clients or franchisees.
  • Ability to read and interpret reporting, agreements, process documentation, platform guidance, and business communications.
  • Ability to prepare clear reports, recommendations, training materials, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Effective communication with franchise owners, employees, vendors, agencies, and leadership groups.
  • Capability to interpret data presented in written, oral, dashboard, spreadsheet, visual, or schedule formats, and to distinguish tracking or data-quality concerns from true performance issues.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of web browsers, CRM systems, digital marketing and reporting platforms, and project or task management tools, plus virtual meeting and training software.
  • Ability to learn and support franchise technology and vendor platforms.
