Job Description
Marketing Manager role at ABH Construction in Hickory, NC, onsite, focused on generating leads, building brand presence, and managing marketing systems to support sales targets across campaigns, CRM, analytics, and website creative direction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize multi channel lead generation campaigns
- Direct paid media efforts on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Create campaign messaging, visuals direction, and strong calls to action
- Design and refine end to end lead funnels from ads to CRM and sales handoff
- Monitor cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Coordinate with sales to improve lead follow up and conversions
- Develop and maintain landing pages and campaign capture forms
- Administer HubSpot pipelines, automations, forms, and reporting
- Ensure accurate data flow from ads and website into the CRM
- Maintain data quality and reporting for leadership and sales teams
- Track weekly and monthly performance metrics and ROI
- Maintain dashboards and conversion tracking across channels
- Use performance insights to guide budget allocation and optimization
- Handle website updates and content management in WordPress
- Maintain and optimize house plan listings and related landing pages
- Improve SEO, local visibility, and website conversion performance
- Manage Google Business Profile and monitor website performance tracking
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across channels
- Direct creative strategy for ads, web, social, and print materials
- Oversee design of marketing assets and campaign creative
- Capture and curate content from job sites and completed homes
- Write copy for ads, web pages, listings, emails, and social posts
- Develop strategic, campaign driven content aligned with initiatives and goals
- Plan and schedule social content via Meta Business Suite
- Build automated email workflows and lead nurture sequences
- Segment audiences and align email campaigns with active promotions
- Coordinate production of brochures, signage, and sales materials
- Support events, promotions, and community initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads driving lead generation
- Hands on HubSpot CRM experience building lead funnels, pipelines, and automations
- Strong ability to track CPL, conversions, and ROI and report performance
- Experience managing WordPress updates, landing pages, and basic SEO
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva for ads, web assets, and campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with minimal supervision
- Minimum 3 years of experience
