Location and role details
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Williamsport, PA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead marketing strategies to meet plan goals by guiding the creation, development, and ongoing maintenance of engaging content across all customer communication channels, aligned with branding and messaging. Continuously evaluate content architecture, navigation, interactivity, and overall quality.
- Analyze market research and consumer trends and report insights.
- Work with cross-functional teams including sales, service, and bids to support marketing initiatives.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to stay informed about similar products or services.
- Lead new product launches.
- Plan and execute marketing programs and campaigns, coordinating activities to build awareness and demand for Brodart products and services.
- Explore evolving technologies and methods to deliver, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Lead and guide marketing team members to implement the plan and support new business and client development.
- Join cross-functional problem-solving teams as needed.
- Supervise employees directly and indirectly in line with company policies and applicable laws.
- Recruit and train employees.
- Plan, delegate, assign, and direct work to ensure objectives are met.
- Oversee time and attendance policies, monitor performance, coach, and appraise.
- Manage employee relations, including rewards, discipline and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Proficiency across marketing, research, product development/management, direct marketing, and segmentation.
- Five to seven years directing marketing programs with proven revenue growth.
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong interest in strategies tied to understanding customers and their behavior.
- Self-driven, analytical, creative problem solver, a collaborative leader and team player, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong project management and excellent communication skills.
- Normal office environment; vision, hearing, and dexterity sufficient for typical office duties; ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
- Occasional travel to customers and company conventions, which may include weekends.
